Best Footwear for Athletes and people on their feet a lot.

Proper footwear can be such a challenge for so many.  Our feet are what holds us up and where all our weight sits.  Many people are on their feet daily in their jobs, and stay home moms don’t get a break either.  It is so important to be wearing proper footwear to keep your feet healthy.  Athletes, especially runners, need to be sure they are taking appropriate care of their feet during and post workouts.  Fitness enthusiasts should make it a priority to find the best footwear just like they do their gear or equipment.

The OoFos flip flops were the best at the beach.  They are perfect walking in the sand as well during the walks to the beach, and in the neighborhood.  They are comfortable, great for the back, lots of cushioning, arch support, tough and durable.  I now have 3 pairs to match more outfits.  I love the different color options which make them more fashionable.  I ordered 2 pairs online and always get a discount.  I was lucky enough to find my 3rd pair at a local store, TJ Maxx, that were a bit less expensive.  I am sure I will be adding more to my collection and also look into the other Oofoo footwear options.  My daughter has been using them after she goes for a run to keep her feet in good condition and help alleviate any muscle soreness.

In the past, I suffered from Plantar Fasciitis and I know so many others that have this issue also.  These have great arch support and have helped others to alleviate the symptoms from Plantar Fasciitis.  I would highly recommend giving them a try, and to wear them as much as possible after your workouts or a long day on your feet.
