Living the Dream (Day 3)

Yoga is such an important piece to relaxation, clearing your mind, and fueling your soul with positivity.  What makes it even more peaceful is doing it on the beach on a beautiful sunshiny morning.  I was fortunate enough to have this experience while on vacation, which is not something I would be able to experience at home.  It was a wonderful addition to Living the Dream while at the beach.

Yoga brings fitness to a whole new level where it focuses on your mind and body.  It is good to incorporate it into your regular fitness routine.  I do yoga once a week to give the body an extra stretch and time to repair muscle fatigue after intense workouts.  It also gives me the opportunity to clear my mind and slow down my racing thoughts.  There are so many options when it comes to yoga.  You have to find what is best for you whether it be at a studio, choosing the right instructor, or even at home.

It was a great feeling to be outside on the beach doing yoga in my favorite place and such a soothing atmosphere.  All part of Living the Dream for me.

Here is a great option if you are a busy stay at home mom or working full time and unable to make it to a class.  You can get a great yoga workout done in the comfort of your own home.  Take a look at the 3 week yoga retreat.  I actually did this program during the winter holiday.  It helped me get through the stress of the busy holiday season.  Here is my blog I wrote sharing my personal experience.
