Summer Fun Bucket List

First week out of school with no routine.  How do you handle it all?  I find this time of year a tough transition as kids are home from school and there is no routine.  It is a busy time with summer plans, camps, the 4th holiday festivities, summer sports, vacations, cookouts and graduation parties.  What’s on your bucket list for Summer Fun?

Take a listen to my video to get a few ideas for summer fun and what is on my kids bucket list:

Although my kids have created their bucket list it may not all be mom approved and get accomplished.  It will take some planning ahead to make many of these things happen.  Here are a few ideas to help with your summer plans and ways to keep the kids occupied and out of trouble.

Bucket List:

  1. Six Flags Amusement Park
  2. Canobie Lake Park
  3. Adventure Zip Line Park
  4. Purgatory Chasm (Sutton, MA)
  5. Bridge Jumping (not approved)
  6. Tubing
  7. Day trip to the lake
  8. Beach house vacation
  9. Sunset picnic at beach
  10. Get Golf Cart
  11. Go Carts
  12. Bumper Boats & Zipline
  13. Sundae School & Dairy Queen
  14. Douglas Waterslides
  15. Natick Mall for Back to School Shopping

Summer goes by so fast and I want to enjoy it all with my kids.  Finding that balance between work and pleasure is challenging but it is manageable.  After all, they will be in college before I know it and I want to make these memories last.
