Day 3 Consistency (Personal Development)
It wasn’t until I became involved in my current career as a fitness and health coach that I started doing personal development daily. I had never enjoyed reading or read books for enjoyment. Now a day does not go by that I do not participate in some form of personal development. What is personal development and what can it do for you in many areas of your life?

Personally, it has helped me become more confident, believe in myself and share the strengths I have with others. We are always a work in progress and each day I learn more and more about myself and how I can help others and encourage them to participate in some form of personal development. Also, as life gets difficult, personal development has given me the strength to persevere and never give up.
Professionally, I have grown as a leader and learned so much about myself in being able to inspire others. After reading many books, I am able to take that knowledge and share it with my team. My goal is to encourage them to utilize these resources to strengthen their belief in themselves and increase their confidence.
Family wise, I have learned so much in raising my children and providing value to them as they grow into young adults. They have listened to many videos and hear me share with my team as I inspire others and focus on having a positive attitude and outlook on life.
The forms of personal development I use are reading books, listening to podcasts, team calls, weekly coach calls, meditation and of course my daily workouts.
