Fighting to Get FIT, Foods to AVOID

So many of us suffer from bloating and wonder why is this happening.  I have learned through the years what foods effect me and I wanted to share with you.  I have found that avoiding certain foods really makes a difference on my digestive system.  I don’t recommend taking it all away at once but start with one and let your body adjust and see if certain foods affect you.  Then you can move down the list to take others away and then replace with foods you should eat more of that will prevent you from feeling sluggish and bloated.

Foods to AVOID

  • Carbonated drinks
  • Sugar free gum, candy, dessert
  • Dairy
  • Greasy, fried foods
  • Salty Foods
  • Spicy Foods
  • Starches

Foods to Eat MORE

  • Grains
  • Fish & Meat
  • Vegetables
  • Natural bio yogurt, soft cheese
  • Eggs
  • Fresh, raw nuts
  • Sweet Potatoes, brown rice
